Our real estate market is very complex. I keep a constant eye on the latest statistics, trends, and tools available. I earned my degree from the UW in research - I love research! If you have read the book Moneyball, you might recognize author Michael Lewis' main point: research and statistics usually paint a more truthful picture than what we think and oftentimes what we read in the papers. Thus, I rely on research and statistics to find opportunities for my clients!
